Day 19

I started yesterday off with a banana for breakfast. We went to lunch with my Uncle after that, to Southern Grill. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken, which is served over rice, and a side salad. I ate about a cup of rice, probably, and all the bourbon chicken they gave me. I'm guessing there was some sugar in the sauce, because it tasted sweet.

I wasn't hungry at 3, but I ate a snack anyway. I had a banana, pistachios, cashews, and chocolate. Later, for dinner, we went to Chick-fil-a, where I had the large soup. I have kind of grown tired of my usual meal there, so I figured I'd go with something different. I ate the broth, carrots, and chicken out of it, but left the noodles, which my brother ate. It probably had wheat in it, but I don't know.

I was still hungry later, no surprise there, so I ate some pecans and cashews. During the rest of the night, I had 4 more squares of chocolate. :/ Probably shouldn't have eaten that much, but it was only 18g of sugar for all that chocolate, so whatever.

I didn't eat anything else yesterday, mostly because there wasn't anything else to eat.

As you can see, I went over a lot of things, most of it from the nuts. The sugar came from the chocolate, and banana I ate.

Day 18

Sorry I didn't post this yesterday, I got distracted. :/

So, I started Thursday off with eating nothing for breakfast and just waiting until lunch to eat. At lunch, we had bacon wrapped steak, which was amazing. We cooked green beans with it.

For a snack, I made tea, but I didn't put any honey in it. I figured that would give me less of a reason to let myself cheat. I also had my standard snack of banana, pistachios, cashews, and chocolate.

For dinner, we grilled up some pork chops, and we all had 2 each. We had that with salad. I was hungry later, so I had another banana, and some cashews and chocolate.

Day 17


So, yesterday, I woke up pretty late, around 10:30, so I didn't eat breakfast. For lunch, we had meatballs from Publix, and I read the package this time, and guess what! They have gluten and soy in them! How great is that! (/sarcasm) They were still really good, and I had them with green beans.

I had a snack as well, the same thing I usually eat, which shouldn't be a surprise. It was a banana, cashews, pistachios, and chocolate, in case anyone doesn't know. It filled me up until dinner, when I went to the Loop. I had a Loop and Cheese, plain, minus cheese, no bun. So basically a hamburger. I got a side salad, and had to pick the croutons off. They are super seasoned, by the way, and some of that seasoning got on my salad, and it made it taste like salt. Bleh. I ate most everything, and I even got water, which considering how badly I wanted coke, was good for me. I like coke 'cuz of the insane amount of sugar in it. Like, I know it's bad for me, but all that sugar tastes amazing!

We went back home, and I wasn't really hungry, but my brother was eating, so I started eating too. I had some cashews and pecans to start off with, then had the rest of the blueberries, that were probably 2 weeks old. They were kinda like half-formed raisins, but I threw out the ones that were really shriveled up.

I was fine after that, and I didn't eat anymore until lunch today. So yeah. Here are my MFP totals:
